In our CoLiving homes, you will feel incredibly safe. We do this through our multiple step screening process for each new tenant that enters our community. 

Here is how it works: You will call or text to talk to one of our friendly leasing agents. We will begin by getting to know you and your situation and then sharing with you any openings we may have. If CoLiving is a great fit for your needs then we will schedule an in-person showing for you to view our home and meet you in person. After this meeting, it is important and mandatory that we conduct a full background check to ensure everyone’s safety. 

In addition, each home has keyless entry locks on the front door of the home AND a digital keypad lock on your bedroom as well. This ensures safe, easy access to your private space while never having to worry about losing your keys. 

When you become a new tenant we will walk you through your lease options and our community rules that we have to keep our homes quiet, clean and safe.  

While we prefer our renters to sign a 12-month lease, we do have options for shorter time frames however it is at a slight premium in all fairness to those who have signed a 1 year lease.
