Our tenants are mostly working professionals who are dependable, tidy and enjoy being part of a community. 

All of our homes are peaceful and welcoming and we do not allow any drugs, smoking, pets or weapons on the premises.  

Co Living is also a great way to save on your rent and lower your expenses. We rent our rooms for much less than a normal 1 bedroom apartment would cost and most of our tenants find that it is a better living experience. Depending on the size of your room and whether or not it has a private or shared bathroom our rents can range anywhere from $750 and up a month and this price is ALL-inclusive. 

We include all the bills most landlords charge separately into ONE affordable monthly rate. Your rental fee will include water, trash, sewer, electricity and high speed Internet. 

We even pay for regular cleaning of the common areas and professional landscapers to ensure your home is always presentable and kept to the highest standards.
